CIPER | Self-Regulation research group was represented at the 21st Portuguese Congress on Obesity (SPEO) in Aveiro, Portugal (November 24-26). Marlene N. Silva and António Palmeira participated in a Symposium on the promotion of motivation and self-regulation for weight management.
